Copyright Information:

The purpose of this website is to EDUCATE anyone interested in Audience Response Solutions.  We try to provide a one stop site for the different hardware, software, vendors, applications, and manufactures of ARS.  For that purpose, information is used from multiple sources ranging but not limited to, internet websites and articles, printed catalogues, product pages, quotes, manufacture and vendor catalogues.  Always giving credit and citing the source of information to the best of our ability.  We make tremendous effort to follow United States of America copyright laws.  We are adhering to the best of our ability and understanding of the Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) Fair Use clause.  This gives us the right to “make a copy of part or all of a copyrighted work, even where the copyright holder has not given permission or objects to your use of the work.”  We correspond to the following four factors listed in section 107 of the Copyright statue.

a. The purpose and character of the use, including whether such use is of a commercial nature or is for nonprofit educational purposes -- Courts are more likely to find fair use where the use is for noncommercial purposes.

b. The nature of the copyrighted work -- A particular use is more likely to be fair where the copied work is factual rather than creative.

c. The amount and substantiality of the portion used in relation to the copyrighted work as a whole -- A court will balance this factor toward a finding of fair use where the amount taken is small or insignificant in proportion to the overall work.

d. The effect of the use upon the potential market for or value of the copyrighted work -- If the court finds the newly created work is not a substitute product for the copyrighted work, it will be more likely to weigh this factor in favor of fair use.

If by any chance we have grievously violated your policies, please personally email the site administrator random@ars.dsii.net and we will try our best to reasonably and lawfully comply with your requests.
